With only 8 remaining performances there are reports that with the additional limited view seats that are sold it will surpass a total of 600,000. This is significant in that Big Bang’s world tour ‘Alive Tour 2012’ that is promoted and directed by Live Nation has been reported by Oricon to draw in an expected number of 500,000 fans.

The duo has proven that they are still considered the leading K-Pop group in Japan. Oricon selected TVXQ’s ‘Why? (Keep Your Head Down)’ as the Best K-Pop Single/Album of 2011. Seems the popularity still remains high in 2012.

Even their recent single ‘STILL’ released on March 14 in Japan topped the Oricon daily on the same day by selling 84,029 copies, and sold a whopping 109,212 copies in just two days of its release.

The remaining concerts are two performances in Saitama Super Arena on March 18-19, then Tokyo Dome on April 14-16 followed by three days at Kyocera Dome on April 21-23.
